The most readable and user-friendly display available on the market, equipped with a USB-A port for charging other devices. Flashed with OSF v20.1C.5 firmware designed for TSDZ2 or TSDZ8 motors. It allows for complete configuration of all parameters directly from the display.

The display provides real-time data such as speed, human power, motor power, battery voltage, cadence, motor temperature (if a temperature sensor is installed), distance traveled, maximum and average speed, and many other parameters.

Motor version: TSDZ2
Connector type: 5 pin HIGO
Quantity

The display uses a 5-pin female waterproof HIGO connector for communication. To ensure proper compatibility with the 8-pin TSDZ2 or TSDZ8 controller, a matching bus cable is required.

Regarding the OSF firmware:

From the display, you can easily and intuitively adjust:

  • the assistance mode (hybrid, eMTB, power, torque, cadence),
  • the number of assist levels (0–9) and assign individual values to each,
  • the maximum power output of the motor,
  • torque sensor calibration,
  • voltage calibration,
  • off-road/street mode,
  • enable keyboard shortcuts (e.g., for quick switching between off-road and street modes),
  • activate the virtual throttle,
  • and many other functions.

Note: OSF is pre-configured based on our own experience.

The firmware file for the TSDZ2 controller can be found in the "Attachments" tab or downloaded here.

The firmware file for the TSDZ8 controller can be found in the "Attachments" tab or downloaded here.

Note: To fully utilize all features, OSF firmware must also be installed on the motor controller. We also offer a firmware installation service.

Differences between the 860C display and the previous 850C version:

  • Slightly larger screen and higher resolution,
  • Brighter display, better visibility in direct sunlight,
  • Improved mount with more durable arms, allowing easier angle adjustment,
  • Additional button on the remote control panel.
